We had a great stay here! The absolute highlight was the staff—they were excellent, incredibly helpful, and always there when we needed assistance. The hotel's laundry room was just okay, and we didn’t happen to try the on-site restaurant, but everything else was fantastic. I would stay here again!

I loved sotetsu so much. It was me and my mother’s first time in Japan, and i seen nothing but good reviews for Sotetsu. The amenities at the entrance of the main building were super helpful, as I didn’t bring much myself. The laundry room was very helpful as well— the only downside to it was that the drying included in it wouldn’t completely dry our clothes. Overall, it was a very good place!! Will definitely be coming back one day.

There is self service laundry. Good location, 5 mins walk from metro station and main street with lots of eating options. The room is small which is typical of Tokyo. They also have a kettle in the room, tea bags and instant coffee is self service at the front desk.

This property is a scam. The advertised room categories DO NOT clearly state that they are smoking. They didn’t even accommodate when asked if they can give a nonsmoking room. They refused to refund me anything so I had no choice but to leave and go to another hotel. I lost my money.

Room was clean, faciliaty was clean, easy check in/check out process, welcoming staff, quiet location, convenient to local stores, perfect location nearby Tamachi station. Loved the convenience of the restaurant on the first floor and the laundry facility. I want to stay at this location again or would be open to staying at other Sotetsu Fresa Inn locations.
