The hotel was conveniently located. Across from JR takanawa gateway,and huge new mall Newman. The mall has everything from excellent restaurants, food shopping, apparel stores, blue bottle coffee. Also a Bus stop a steps away if you familiar with the system. Subway is there too. A big bathtub, separate from rest of bathroom. Great amenities, pajamas, water bottles. In my room, it seemed bottom bed sheets wasn’t changed from previous guests. I found unpleasantness on my sheets. Odor and felt gross, took shower in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep on the same bed. Early morning I went front desk, explained, they gave me another room. I had no problem since, I stayed another 4nights and enjoyed quiet and convenient shinagawa gate way area without Congestion of Shinagawa station area.
