It was perfect for a solo traveler. Convenient location, nice amenities, very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Stayed with family

We’re returning guests and was quite dissatisfied when two times needed information from front desk and no one could speak English. They tried their best to accommodate with talking into their tablet for translation, but not the same as speaking to a person directly. Also noticed since our last stay, the room seemed smaller because of the furo type bath area. It’s a novelty but I personally prefer a larger living room area. Just my opinion, would have been rated all excellent. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Staff members were very professional, wonderful and very helpful with questions of property privileges and amenities. On site rental car service (Toyota Rent A Car) and parking made it convenient to drive in and out of the city. Rooms were well maintained and has one of the lowest ac settings for those hot summer days. Conveniently located just a block away from Sapporo Station. This hotel has become a favorite for me to always return to in the future!

Conveniently located 5 minutes walk away from Sapporo Station North Entrance. Excellent service from front desk staff, easy check in/out process Generous room size with a king bed, spacious enough for two large luggages. Room amenities include coffee maker and phone charger. The hotel features a guest lounge serving drinks from 3 to 10pm everyday, public bath and self-service laundromat with five machines.
