We liked the location! It's quieter than the south side of the sapporo station. But still has conveince stores nearby and restaurants steps from entrance. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

The hotel room was too small and did not have any view to be considered a superior room. The hotel staff were not friendly. The heating in the room wasn't working well, so we called the reception, but no one came to help us. They only said over the phone that the heating was working from what they can see from the reception. So, the room was cold all night. Then the next day, they left us a note that they had came in the room and worked on the heating. The breakfast food was not good. There's no lounge area and complimentary coffee for guests to use during their stays.
