Loved this hotel. It’s about a two block walk from Sapporo Station and 30 minutes walking to lots of main attractions. The staff was very attentive and warm. The rooms were spotless and updated. I would consider staying here again if we return.

The parking needs to be improved. When we arrived to check in, we spent longer than expected yo navigate the car into the lift. This is despite us being told to fold both side mirrors and after several tries, we were told our car cannot fit into the lift. Strangely, we saw other larger vehicles being able to access. In the end, we have to part opposite the hotel. Not sure if this is because of communication breakdown.
