Very new hotel and facilities. Short walk from Sapporo train station in summer, though winter times may be a little far. If you need to eat breakfast at hotel you need to book in advance.

Sapporo Station is undergoing some construction at the moment, so the distance to getting to the hotel may seem further away with re-route. Travelled with Family (young children). We enjoyed the bunk bed setup of the room. But,We were disappointed that the bathroom were not ventilated properly; it smelled of musty dampness (mildew). Very convenient with having family mart at the hotel. and the lounge was beautiful at night with a full view of the city.

Great hotel!

Great overall. The carpet in the hotel room was a bit dirty looking. Lots of stains and dusty in the bathroom. But onsen was great and clean. Staff was great and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hiroshima. Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had every amenity we could possibly need, including purified drinking water in the room. We also appreciated that they even provided a luggage scale, which was incredibly helpful before the next flight if anyone needs it. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and were able to arrange luggage forwarding to our next hotel, which made our trip so much more convenient. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Just need more washers and dryers for the amount of people staying here.

This hotel is located few blocks east of Sapporo station, away from the main attractions. Surrounded by some of the rental car return facilities which is less fun area. Large guest rooms are some plus and their public bath are on the of the building with additional relaxing lounge. Unfortunately the evening hours during my visit were very crowded and I was not able to enjoy as much that I can able to do at other hotels. I had a small parking issue and stuck there 30min but finally resolved.
