I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. It was close to JR station. Perfect for a short stay

This is my third time at this hotel. Every time I am impressed with the rooms and friendly staff. Foreigners will feel welcome and they speak English very well. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location a block away from the JR train station. Just take the train from the airport, get off, walk one block and settle it. Great service!

Convenient, across street from north exit of Sapporo Station.

I liked most of them except checking in on machine. I just prefer people does it. I wish this hotel has Onsen bath !

Room is clean & comfortably spacious for 1 pax — feels very homely. Bed & pillows are firm but comfortable — very generous with the amount of pillows provided as compared with most others hotels. Comparing to their Mito property, personal amenities provided are more than adequate, with skincare provided. Staff, especially housekeeping team, are polite, friendly and professional. Location is perfect, just under 3 minutes walk after you exit the Station’s ticket gate. Would definitely be my first choice of hotel if I ever visit Sapporo again.

Great location near north exit Sapporo station. Service was the best. Room is small but well layed out. Overall a nice mid tier hotel.

Great experience, helpful staff, provided new towels and sleepwear daily at our doors without entry into the room.

We loved our corner unit at Sapporo and it was much larger than our room at the JR East Mets Premiere Gotanda. The location is good but not great. You must walk about a block to the Sapporo Station which is not very far. There’s a SeicoMart convenience store just a few steps from the front door. The breakfast buffet is superb. The amenities provided is everything you will need. The bathroom and shower setup felt a little weird at first especially coming from America, however, once you get used to it, it works great. One draw back we experienced was a bad washing machine. We picked the wrong one out of the three washers available. Our clothes had to be washed twice that morning so we were set back a couple hours.
