I love the room design, especially the separate toilet and bathroom, which is very thoughtful and convenient for multiple guests. The hotel also provides three beds, making it perfect for a family of three. Also love the wood floor design, it looks much better and cleaner than carpet.

Convenient location near main train station. We were in the annex around the corner from the main hotel, a little underpopulated in feel, but very comfortable room. Big assortment of amenities to choose from in lobby of annex. They stored our luggage for us since we were too early to check in.

2박 3일 있었는데 룸컨디션 좋고, 1인실이었음에도 캐리어 놓을 공간 정도는 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 다들 친절하셨어요. 다만 한국어 대응은 안 되기에 한국분들은 일어나 영어 둘 중 하나 쓴다고 생각하고 가셔야합니다.

堂島アベンザで試験があり、大阪駅に近いので利用しました。JR大阪駅桜橋口から１０分程度歩きますが、散歩と思えば苦になりません。宿泊前に別の旅行サイトで高く評価されているのを見ましたが、実際に宿泊してその通りだと思いました。良かったのはアメニティの充実度です。フロント近くに置いてあり、セルフで必要なものを取っていきますが、ドリップコーヒーやスキンケアセットが置いてあるのに驚きました。部屋は別館でしたがコンビニが１階にあり、宿泊者はルームキーを使って専用の出口から別館フロントにアクセス可能でした。部屋も清潔で居心地が良く、次にまた利用したいと思えました。室内の小物がティファニーブルーのような色で揃えられていて、何か高級感というか、得したような気持ちになりました。素泊まりプランだったのにも関わらず、無料の朝食がついていました。利用はしなかったので内容は分かりませんが、朝多くの方が利用していました。（別館は１階のフロント付近）チェックアウトも機械ですぐに終わりました。
