Stayed with kids

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Dojima. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it a great place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to Osaka Station, restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas. It was very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka. Highly recommended!

Stayed with kids

Watch your step when you enter the premises and be mindful of the direction of the automatic glass doors. When you enter the "lobby", there's only one escalator, and of course, when you just happen to need it, it decides to go in the other direction. So take the elevator to the actual lobby (the 2nd floor). The room (and bathroom) were clean and alright. Friendly reminder that there is no breakfast buffet, but two bento options or two options of sandwich, so if you don't mind paying for it, then you won't have to worry about breakfast. Then again, there is a Family Mart on the ground floor and you'll find options in the surrounding Umeda area. AC worked just fine. Staff were helpful and kind. Oh, we had to leave for the airport at 5:50 am, so if you paid for breakfast and you have a similar situation, you can arrange for one of the sandwich options to be made on the day of, because the kitchen staff only get to the hotel at 6 am.

Solo stay

My only mistake was accidentally booking a smoking room which could not be switched at check-in due to no availability. I did run the air purifier but still ended up with a cough. I thought I would be ok but my asthma said otherwise. The location is great and central. The room was just fine for me as a single traveler-comfortable and all the amenities. It was quiet and affordable. I would absolutely book with MyStays again

Fantastic
The room was clean with a minimal cigarette smell (we stayed in a smoking permitted room). The hotel staff allowed us to check in a few hours earlier because our room was already cleaned. The reception was very friendly and spoke English well. The 1st floor has a 24hr family mart which is very convenient for late night snacks.

We stayed here for a couple nights. Probably could have found something better. Breakfast was already booked out by the time we arrived at 5pm. Room was fine with comfy beds. Not a huge amount of dining options nearby. Its walkable from the train station and to the airport buses, but expect a 10min walk and stairs unless you know exactly where to go and have premapped it out. Its about 30min from the main shopping and food areas and 5-10min walk from the subway - stairs. Overall a solid place to sleep with nothing fancy...

Fantastic
Room is dark but very clean. Housekeeping is available every day and they pay great attention to detail - after a cleaning, our room was just like we just checked in. Front desk staff is very helpful - they even helped us to make an appointment to a private onsen who we couldn’t communicate with. Location is great! Only 10 minutes from Osaka stations. Family Mart 7-11 and laundromat very close by. You can even use your Suica card for laundromat.

It’s about 10-15 minutes from Osaka Station. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included. It needs to be ordered the day before. The yogurt and croissants were excellent. The second day we were told they were sold out and we had to go with sandwiches.

Stayed with partner

Room very spacious with seating other than the bed. Decor is quite dark and very masculine feeling. The bathroom was cleanish but had a slight old smoke smell to it. Staff were a bit indifferent but ok. My biggest concern was security- the lift and all floors were accessible to anyone from the street ( unlike other hotels were you need your room key to access your floor) . However our stay was fine and ok for one night.
