How can I collect and use my tickets?

You don't have to collect a physical ticket. Once your booking is confirmed, an e-ticket (QR code) will be issued, which can be found from Bookings page.

Have 1 QR code per passenger ready, and scan it as you enter or exit the gate. Be mindful that station staff and conductors may ask you to show it any time.

Tickets are only valid for the date and train you booked. If you miss your train, you can't use your ticket for another one.

If you get off before you reach your final destination, the rest of your trip becomes invalid.

If you travel on a different date, or if your seat doesn't match your ticket, you’ll be requested to pay the full fare plus a fine.
