What are the eligibilities for concession tickets?

1. Infants: Can travel for free if they don't need a seat. Must be below 115 cm, or aged 5 and below.

2. Child: Must be between 115-150 cm, or aged 6-11 if more than 150 cm tall.

3. Senior: Must be aged 65 and above. Must be Taiwan citizen or Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC) holder.

4. Disability: Must be Taiwan citizen with a valid Disability Certificate.

5. Disability companion: Can be accompanied at a concession price if the accompanying disabled person's certificate indicates they’re eligible for a companion discount on domestic public transport. Must be booked with a disability ticket.

Make sure to bring supporting documents. If your ticket type doesn’t match your eligibility, you’ll be requested to pay the full fare plus a fine.
