It was a very nice and pleasant experience. It's a sunny day, we went there with a tour bus which walked us to the store itself, then we got given the 4-colour lantern and provided with black calligraphy pen to write our wishes, each colour represent a different area of life, e.g. health and wealth etc. We wrote our lantern inside the shop before going outdoor. There are staff using our phones to taking photos and videos of us on the train track and gave us poses to take pictures of the different sides of the lantern.

We had a fantastic time on our tour. There is no way we would have been able to see as much of Taiwan as we did without this tour and being driven is so much more relaxing than having to drive yourself. Our tour guide was Tristant and he was the best! We were part of a large group that was made up of 16 different groups. This tour group of about 40 people were from several different countries and there were multiple different languages spoken. Tristant was a bit to navigate these challenges flawlessly and demonstrated his ability to speak at least a few phrases in multiple languages. this allowed him to make connections with each smaller group ensuring their needs and expectations were met. I had a great time on our tour. You would be very lucky to have Tristant as your guide.

We had such a wonderful tour today. Our tour guide Ivy was very professional and it was obvious that she had lot of experience as tour guide. She connected well in English in our international group.
We visited all the spots described on the klook and it was worth it! We will book again. Thank you Ivy for this wonderful day and sharing so many great stories.

Sunny is friendly and professional in doing her job. She ensured everyone is well taken care of. Overall we explored 4 places, but I hope there is more buffer time in Shifen and Jiufen for us to explore. Pineapple DIY experience is quite unique. Thanks Sunny! Will visit Taipei again.

Highly recommended, especially with guide Kevin Chang... If you want great photos & videos for social media, definitely choose KEVIN CHANG. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. Totally recommended if you are travelling with a big group of people and kids. Bubble was our tour guide and he provides a lot of information and historical references for us during the ride. He also recommended us the restaurants we can try for traditinal Taiwanese food when we were in Jifen, or else we would be lost. We had a great time and definitely recommend this for anyone who want to visit Jifen and Shifen.

we were in Taiwan during the Champi Typhoon so we had to cancel our first booked tour to northeast. I booked this a day before and they accepted! the tour was smooth and the tour guide was on time to pick us up from the hotel. Although jiufen was moved to first to visit when we expected it to be at night, it was fine at all. sadly we were not able to include Tiaoshi in this tour as well. the cat village was a little bit disappointing because we didnt see much cats 😂lol.
