Transport in Beijing

I was extremely happy with the service that Summer (driver) provided. he picked us up at 7am and we travelled to the Great Wall, had lunch then went to the summer palace. Although we expected no English spoken our driver spoke some English and used a translator. He organised our tickets and was very knowledgeable. He provided plenty of cold water, snacks and even gave us all a gift. The kids loved the pandas. Thank you for a day we will not forget

very nice, clean car and no smell. driver very polite and not intrusive and always come early. we use wechat to talk and he is always so fast in response.

The tour was fun and our tour guide Donna was very friendly and informative. She even let us borrowed her ointment (Tiger balm) as we forgot to bring ours. We tried both the chair lift with toboggan slide, and the round-trip cable car as both towers have different views and experience. The free lunch was really good. Our guide back to the city was Micheal, he was very helpful. He help us find a good foot massage spa and a hotpot restaurant. We didn’t have any problem communicating with the tour guides.

satisfied with our lady driver and her service. we originally booked for the dates when great wall was closed due to weather conditions. so we rescheduled it early at 6am on the day of our flight back! the driver brought us to Juyongguan but was still closed, we tried Badaling it was open but packed with tourists already even at the 7am opening. we were dropped at the airport after. we also upgraded to a MPV instead of sedan because we have luggages. thank you very much.

our driver was amazing and so understanding, due to us having a baby he catered for us so well he is a go to due to his kind nature and professionalism.

Our driver Zhu arrived early, has a lot of facts while passing famous landmarks, and is very friendly. Definitely recommend booking this if you plan on transferring from your hotel to the railway station.

We had a great experience with this tour and were very satisfied with our guide, Michael. He was experienced and knowledgeable, which made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the convenience of being picked up right in front of our hotel, instead of having to go to a designated meeting point. It made the start of the day much more relaxed and hassle-free. The guide was also extremely punctual for both pick-up and drop-off, which we really appreciated. Throughout the tour, he communicated very well in English, was friendly, and made an effort to ensure everyone was comfortable and engaged. Overall, a very pleasant and well-organized experience — highly recommended!

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

Driver Mr. Zhu was kind and friendly. While we originally intended to visit Gubei water town only, he recommended us to visit the nearby Jinshanling Great Wall site too. We had an amazing time visiting Jinshanling and Gubei. We were a family of 7 people, and Mr Zhu’s mini bus was comfortable and clean. Thank you so much Mr Zhu for taking care of us!
