Mr. Tian Wei was very accommodating all throughout. The entire trip was comfortable and up to our terms, we never had to wait for him at all and we never had to rush. He was able to explain a lot during the entire trip — we left a valuable item in the car and he returned it to us despite the traffic jams around Beijing.

very nice, clean car and no smell. driver very polite and not intrusive and always come early. we use wechat to talk and he is always so fast in response.

Mr. Zhang was very punctual, friendly, and professional. The car was clean and tidy, and the drive was smooth and safe throughout, making the entire journey very comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience, highly recommended! 👍

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

Our driver, Mr. Octopus, who was in charge of our vehicle, warmly welcomed us. Our whole family was a bit nervous about going to a new place for the first time and having to travel for two hours by car, but he was incredibly kind and met us at both the entrance and exit of Gubei Water Town. The car was very clean. He was very punctual, and even though the traffic must have made driving difficult, he didn't show it and helped us get home safely. We are very grateful. If your family has more than five people, navigating within Gubei Water Town isn't difficult, so we highly recommend chartering a car for a free and easy trip. Highly recommended!
