This tour is a MUST to see. Our main tour guide, Masako was fabulous. She shared such details along the way. From start to the end of this long day, it was worth every step (16k) seeing th Peace Museum and grounds of Hiroshima and my favorite, Miyajima. To see the floating Torri in person was truly magical. I loved everything about the tour.

Rino is a cheerful guide who keeps close tab on time, ensuring punctuality. she also helps guests to take good photos and is always smiling. The okinominya provided for lunch at Miyakayi isn’t very nice to eat. But the oysters two shops away recommended by Rino were delicious. Maybe more choices of lunch can be given.

I recently went on this tour with Amigo Tours and had an excellent experience overall. Our guide, Angeles, was fantastic — extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and able to explain everything clearly in both Spanish and English. Our first stop was Miyajima, famous for its oysters and iconic torii gate. I enjoyed exploring the quieter hiking trails, waterfalls, and ancient stone relics before heading back to the shopping area for local pastries and beer. I wanted to try the ropeway tram, but the wait was too long for our schedule. Next was Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and Peace Park. Unfortunately, heavy traffic reduced our time there, so I had to move through the museum quickly. Even so, it was an incredibly moving and worthwhile experience. Overall, I highly recommend this tour, especially with Angeles as your guide!

Yassy who guided us on this English tour spoke very fluent English, friendly and approachable! She gave us alot of information and brought us to places that we on our own will never visit. She's very patient as well and did not rush us during the journey where we took breaks and chatted about Japanese culture, and she waited for us while we shop. after the trip, she even accompanied us to Genbaku Dome which we didn't know the most convenient way. Along the way, she gave us tips for our onwards journey and we also taught her some Aussie slang. highly recommended tour with Yassy.

Shin was amazing! Incredible overview of the history, his personal story of his family being a survivor. I’m so glad we went and experienced Hiroshima on this tour. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed trip a lot. everything including bullet train tickets was planned and coordinated well by the tour agency. very well taken care during whole trip. guide was very much informative and could manage time very well to finish every thing well in time.

We loved the tour and even the order of the tour was perfectly planned out. Should be mentioned, the tour guide does not know perfect english but has the ability and made the effort to communicate properly at all times, very talkative and extremely friendly. Knows all the facts and curiosities around the place and was happy to answer any questions. Kept making stops to hydrate and go to the restroom.

My husband and I had the most amazing day with Masa. The Peace Museum is a very tough visit, incredibly moving but a privilege to be able to attend and learn more about this wonderful city and its people. Afterwards we explored some local cafes and got some great food tips before heading to Miyajima which absolutely blew us away. We saw the floating torii gates (not floating which was even better as we could tough the pillars and make a wish!) It truly was the best day, we learned so much from Masa, so very grateful, cannot recommend highly enough.

This has to be the best trip I’ve ever taken. From the moment of the booking the communication before the day of the tour to the end of the trip was kept clear and direct. There was no guessing throughout the trip and if there were questions, Diffany was ready to help. She was super lovely, caring and fun to be around. Additionally to her knowledge, she made sure everyone was comfortable, offered to take pictures, had great banter and was overall really fun to spend the day with. Despite the large group everyone was catered for and not a single moment did I feel anxious about being left behind (which is very important especially for solo travellers). I’d highly recommend this trip and especially spending the day with Diffany. Thank you so much for making this trip an enjoyable memory! We were very lucky to have visibility on the mountain and even then one minute it would be visible, then covered by the clouds the next. Best to come with zero expectations and enjoy the experience :)
