Reviews
Highly recommended for those planning a trip from Osaka to Fukuoka and back. You can book the Nozomi line which is very convenient since it has the shortest travel time. If you want an idea we were able to use this pass for: Kansai Aiport to Shin Osaka, Shin Osaka to Hakata (RT), Hakata to Hiroshima (RT), Hiroshima to Miyajima Island, Shin Osaka to Himeji, Himeji to Kobe, Kobe to Osaka.
Sanyo Sanin pass was very great and easy to use when traveling in Kanto region. we have used it on our travels all the way from Hiroshima, Himeji and Kobe. Highly recommended it for people who wanted to explore outside of Kyoto and Osaka. Shinkansen was very punctual (unless there are unfortunate events and bad weather conditions). It offered unlimited travel on JR trains, including the shinkansen (except Nozomi/Mizuho), which made moving between cities like Hiroshima, Okayama, and Fukuoka incredibly easy and affordable. I saved a lot compared to buying individual tickets, and the convenience of just hopping on and off trains with a pass was unbeatable.
I used a physical voucher, so I exchanged it at the West Japan Green Window at Hakata Station. While I was there, I also reserved seats for my future Shinkansen and limited express trains, which was very convenient. I highly recommend it. Fukuoka - Shin-Yamaguchi - Hiroshima - Onomichi - Okayama - Yonago. Please note that in Fukuoka, you can only take the Shinkansen from Fukuoka to Kokura; you cannot transfer to Kyushu JR.
If you are planning to travel around the western part of Japan for a long time, I recommend the Sanin-Sanyo Pass. It is very easy to exchange the voucher for the actual pass, and you can freely use the Shinkansen and limited express trains. It is a pass that allows you to travel to various areas such as Nara, Kyoto, Himeji, Kobe, Hiroshima, Takamatsu, and Tottori by using the Shinkansen and limited express reserved seats, and it is also excellent value for money.
1. Please confirm the applicable scope of the pass. Some attractions, such as the Miyajima ferry, require an additional tax. 2. If you have enough stamina, this is definitely an excellent choice for a San'in-Sanyo trip, as you can reserve seats an unlimited number of times (the machine can only reserve same-day seats and only 6 times). Therefore, it is recommended to plan your travel itinerary and have the service center staff assist you with booking all transportation for the current day and beyond, which will save a lot of time. 3. It is advisable to learn how to take local buses, as transportation in some Sanyo areas is not well-developed and requires a combination of luggage storage and buses. 4. If you have large luggage, be sure to store it or drop it off at your hotel first to avoid being refused boarding or delaying others. 5. Stamina is key to making the most of this pass. Wishing everyone good health and a pleasant trip!

Frequent trains, excellent service, flexible travel itineraries, and extremely cost-effective, highly recommended for travelers who want to travel in depth in Japan!
The Sanyo-San'in JR Pass covers a very large area, allowing you to travel from Wakayama to Shimane, and from Shin-Osaka to Hakata, all within a single day. Therefore, it is definitely worth recommending.
This JR Pass can be used to take the JR from Osaka to Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka. You can also take the one piece Shinkansen, which is very convenient
This 7-day JR PASS allows you to travel from Kyoto to Shin-Yamaguchi-Shimonoseki. It is very convenient to reserve a designated seat, allowing me to travel comfortably in multiple counties and cities. It is really worth the money for travelers who cannot travel by car.
With this JR Pass, you can take the Shinkansen bullet train between Shin-Osaka and Hakata, and from Kansai Airport to Tennoji. You can reserve seats at the machine, making it convenient and fast.
