Same-Day Luggage Delivery Service | Osaka/Kyoto <-> Hiroshima/Hakata

It is so convenient! I checked my luggage at Osaka Station, started sightseeing in Hiroshima right away, and picked up my bags directly at the hotel in the evening. I never have to drag heavy bags around while shopping again.

This luggage delivery service was incredible! I dropped my bags at Hiroshima Station in the morning, and by the time I checked into my Kyoto hotel that evening, my luggage was already waiting for me. After buying on KLOOK, you get a voucher with clear instructions. Seven days before your delivery, you use the merchant's website to book and enter your details. The site is user-friendly, though the earliest delivery date I could select online was the day after drop-off. Even with the explanatory notes on the page, I was a bit worried same-day delivery wouldn't happen. Thankfully, there was no need to worry! The Hiroshima Station staff were incredibly enthusiastic and spoke some English. They helped me with the paperwork and promised my bags would reach my hotel before 9 PM. True to their word, the hotel front desk already had my luggage safely stored when I arrived to check in. This is an incredibly convenient service that I highly recommend!

First time trying the luggage delivery service between Hiroshima and Shin-Osaka—the service experience was fantastic! The collaboration between Crosta and Sagawa Express was very professional. The front desk handover process was quick, and the delivery was incredibly meticulous. When I arrived in Shin-Osaka that day, my luggage had already been safely delivered. Not having to drag heavy bags around allowed me to truly experience "hands-free travel." I'll definitely use this service again!

I wasn't sure if this was going to work. Finding the drop-off point was a true hassle, they were super confused at counters (Silver Week). I dropped off at 11:15 on the day. My luggage was delivered the same day and arrived to my hotel before I did :) so I was very very happy. I didn't pay anything extra (recieved 100% discount) than what Klook was offering. I recieved all needed information. although the website is not really mpbile friendly. Super happy with the service though!

This was my first time using a luggage delivery service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was! I dropped off my luggage at the service center in Shin-Osaka Station before 2 PM, and then I could take the Shinkansen directly to Hiroshima hands-free. After arriving in Hiroshima, I explored until evening before heading back to the hotel. My luggage had already arrived when I checked in, and the hotel staff even brought it directly to my room. The service originally stated delivery by 9 PM, but I later heard it actually arrived around 5:30 PM, much earlier than I did! 😂 However, there are a few things to note for first-time users. Besides booking through KLOOK, you also need to register your information on the Sagawa Express website, which was a bit cumbersome. Specifically, you can't manually enter the hotel name; you have to select it from a system menu. So, I recommend choosing well-established or larger hotels for a safer bet. Newer, smaller hotels or guesthouses might not appear in the menu, so it's best to confirm before booking. The luggage drop-off counter at Shin-Osaka Station requires a bit of a walk, but the signs along the way are very clear, so it's unlikely you'll get lost. Traveling on the Japanese Shinkansen with large luggage can be quite inconvenient; some sizes even require advance reservations for oversized luggage storage. Plus, dragging luggage around the station is truly exhausting. If you're like me and want to go straight to sightseeing on the day you change cities, without having to detour to the hotel to drop off your bags first, I think this service is well worth using. The only improvement I'd hope for is a simpler online registration process; that would make it even better!

i checked the delivery area but not closely enough as only during drop off did i realize they could not deliver straight to my hotel :( but the staff were very kind and patient with me. just had the luggage sent to Shin-Osaka station and picked up from there. just triple check the eligible delivery areas is where your hotel is located and this service is perfect !!!

The luggage arrived on the same day as promised. Unfortunately, shipping from Osaka was not very convenient. The staff were not familiar with the offer—even though there was a poster for this service hanging right there. It took me over 30 minutes to check in the luggage. For this price, I unfortunately cannot really recommend it.
