It's incredibly good! You can stay all day, alternating between ice baths and saunas. It's not crowded, very peaceful, and there's staff nearby to assist. There's also a drink bar with delicious coffee.

The last time I trained Muay Thai was almost 10 years ago. The trainers were able to catch me up, although I have to train more to get the groove again. Overall experience was great. The trainers can speak a little bit of English and they were very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

A super class, run by absolute professionals. The guys couldn’t have been more courteous and blended the class to the mixed experience of the students. They were even able to teach this old dog a few new tricks! Really great workout, nice facilities and good quality kit/gloves/pads, (need to buy hand wraps from reception on arrival - 350 Baht). Clean changing facilities with lockers & toiletries free to use, just bring a towel. Superb value. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience of Muay Thai. I would recommend this gym and the instructors to anyone wanting to try Muay Thai boxing.

As a beginner trying Thai boxing for the first time, the instructor was very attentive and responsible, explained things patiently, and gave me plenty of encouragement, which made me really enjoy Thai boxing.

Such a surreal experience!!!! the staff was so nice and accommodating to everyone! hihi!! the elephants were so cute!!!! you could see that they really take care of them hihi! we had fun swimming and feeding them!!! a must see when you’re in Thailand! they’re also complete with towels, umbrella, free water, and many more!!

Here, we got to feed the elephants, see and learn about their natural environment, walk alongside them, and spend time bonding with these gentle giants. More than just an unforgettable experience, visiting an ethical sanctuary like this allows us to learn more about elephants and support their care and well-being. I had an amazing Muay Thai class with Meg. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, making the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow even as a beginner. The session was well structured, with clear guidance on technique and form, and he really took the time to correct and support throughout. I left feeling both challenged and motivated. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a great Muay Thai experience!

The staff were very nice and considerate, the facilities and equipment are in good condition. We enjoyed this activity very much and would definitely do this again next time!

Brilliant intro to Muay Thai! The instructors are patient for true beginners. You get a great workout without feeling lost. It’s fun and an excellent sweat session. Highly recommend to anyone curious about trying it.
