Hanoi Workshops

This coffee class is so good. They demonstrated how we should made traditional Vietnamese coffee. Salute to Pa for being so helpful and well versed. It was fun making doing the class. Highly recommended! instructor: Pa was 10/10 experience: Amazing

I was the only person there this morning as I had booked for the 12 noon workshop, it felt like VIP haha the girl who did the workshop with me was so nice and super friendly, we had the same taste in scent so that helped, we ended up blending a few fruity and floral scents. maybe like 4 from the bottle and a few from the oil. she let me mix the scents myself and then shake the bottle at the end. was a super fun experience and a nice little souvenir that I made myself. I can’t remember the girls name unfortunately

This is our first time to try pottery and probably not going to be the last. Our instructor is good in english and his assistant too. The assistant in particular is very patient with us even if we kept of breaking what we have been working on. She speaks great english. They sent us the photos of our works in whatsapp when they were done with the oven thingy and coloring them. They were ready for pickup in about 4 days? One of my finished product broke during the cooking process and they explained that it’s normal — they asked me to choose pick 1 item of the same value from their shop as replacement.

I like accessories and I want an experience that I can bring something home with. The location is easy to find and, the staffs are friendly and can converse in standard English. First, they will ask what you want to do (ring, earrings, charm). If you have a design in mind, you can show them or they will give you some samples. I picked a ring so they measured my finger size. Then they guided me step-by-step in each process and assisted to refine my ring. I liked this so much that I bought a Lotus ring on top of the one I made. I only took 1 hour to finish my ring. Definitely worth the time and it would be a romantic or memorable activity for couples or families.

Such a fun class and experience! very helpful and friendly staff and the rings were beautiful. Very cool to see each step of the jewellery making process from the design, flattening the silver, soldering, shaping, and polishing. 100% recommend. Great souvenir to remember Hà Nội.

Teacher Collin was incredibly warm and patient. We're not very good at English, but he always took care of us, explaining Vietnamese coffee and tea. We not only learned some related knowledge but also got to try making it ourselves, which was very interesting. Everyone should give it a try!

I had a great experience at Local Beans Roastery! Booked the package on klook and the service was great as well. Our coffee instructor Lin is very knowledgeable, well spoken and really nice. I have zero knowledge about coffee but I took away valuable knowledge about coffee beans and how to make them. There are 6 types of coffee we made and so far my favourite is Salt Coffee. We went to train street after that and it was a nice experience with Lin guiding us and the restaurant owner at train street Valerie is so friendly too and she had cute furry animals accompanying us.
