We had a wonderful and very informative experience on the Toledo, Segovia, and Ávila tour. We learned so much about the history and culture of each place, and we were also given ample time to explore and enjoy the beautiful sights at our own pace. Laura and Eduardo did an excellent job sharing all the information we needed throughout the tour. They were both helpful, friendly, and approachable, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The organization was great, the destinations were fascinating, and the guides made the tour truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Spain!

I did this tour on my 1st day on Madrid and it was a good way to spend the morning. I appreciated that we were able to skip the long line and the explanation given by our guide Elena was very good. Great way to see the highlights of a very big and historic place.

Alejandro was very helpful throughout the entire trip. At the meeting point on Gran Vía, he gave clear instructions on where to wait, making everything easy from the start. Even though he had to repeat information several times, he remained patient and professional. During the bus ride, he shared interesting facts about the places we visited and even showed us news articles on his phone, which was a thoughtful extra effort, especially on a Sunday. The trip from Madrid to Segovia was well-guided—he showed us the aqueduct, the Alcázar, and other picturesque spots while sharing useful details about the city. He also recommended good restaurants and suggested visiting a free museum, which was a great tip. Alejandro was polite, respectful, and attentive to the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed, including giving time for restroom breaks. Overall, he did an excellent job, and I would gladly join another tour with him in the future.

The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother. The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout. Danny was truly exceptional—warm, friendly, and full of engaging explanations at every stop. His guidance made the entire day feel safe, relaxed, and far more enjoyable than anything I could have experienced on my own. Thanks to him and our driver, the tour was meaningful, smooth, and wonderfully organized. The museum itself is very new and clean, with spacious corridors that make for a comfortable visit. Some exhibition rooms have chairs, so you can sit and rest if you get tired. The tour guide was very professional, arriving early to wait for us, and was very friendly and humorous. Their explanations were lively, often involving animated gestures and a loud voice (they even got told off by the museum staff for being too loud 😂), like telling a story to children, which was very entertaining. They were also very familiar with the museum's layout, ensuring no repeated routes. The entire guided tour lasted over two hours, and I myself stayed for another two hours (and still didn't see everything). If you want to explore thoroughly, you should plan for 3 to 5 hours, or even longer. After entering and clearing security, remember to pick up a tour brochure first; it will help you locate important works when you explore on your own.
