This is my fourth time staying here. The hotel is located at Exit D of the Mission Hills subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and have a large bathtub. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they always greet you proactively. Special praise to Diana Wang Lihong, who handled the check-in procedure with super high efficiency. Because it was my birthday, she upgraded the room to a panoramic recording studio suite. The hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets are both plentiful and delicious. As it was Valentine's Day, the dessert styling was very thoughtful and lovable, and roses were given to guests. The room is equipped with a Sony soundbar that can be connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth to play music and enjoy the sound. Across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, "Mission Hills MHMall", with a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The Hard Rock Hotel is my niece's favorite. Including this New Year's stay, she's stayed here five times. There were Double 11 discounts, so it's cost-effective. In the summer, they have popsicles, and in the winter, they have shaped marshmallows, which the kids love. The only drawback is that the pool isn't big enough, and it gets crowded when there are a lot of people swimming in the summer.

I really enjoyed my time at the Hard Rock Hotel. I initially booked a basic room and needed to add an extra bed for my 12-year-old daughter. During my check-in, they offered me the option to add $100 to upgrade to a suite. I was fine with the arrangement, and we found that the suite was very spacious! There was a large sofa, two toilets, a bar area, etc. We found it very relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, with lots of choices, including Western and Chinese options. The hotel is located next to the railway station (No. 4), making it very easy to access. We booked this hotel mainly for the ski area, which is quite close—within a 10-minute walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much and recommend it to other guests.

I stayed at HardRock Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights on my birthday. Buffet breakfast was included (*Please note that children are measured in height, not age). The place was neat and clean, and dishes were put away quickly. There were Chinese and Western food options, not too many choices, but average quality. , but you can still be so full at breakfast for two days that you can’t eat lunch, and you can have a small amount of food until tea time (the package includes cookies made by a baking class and a birthday cake thoughtfully provided by the hotel), and then arrange for the children to swim in the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool or the adults to go to the gym room (*open 24 hours), play with fitness equipment and sauna, and have buffet dinner around 6 o'clock. The location is the same as the breakfast venue. It coincides with the barbecue theme that night, and there are many choices. Although the taste is not particularly surprising, the hotel knew that it was a birthday celebration and made a balloon birthday light decoration as a surprise, and took the initiative to help take photos. The service attitude was good. From the dining area to the restroom, you pass by the small game area. There is a football machine and a doll clipping machine for children of all ages to play until 9:00pm. You can have a full day of eating and playing, and have a happy and satisfying day.
