This time, my sister and I, a group of four, had both our rooms upgraded to executive rooms. The rooms were beautiful and quiet, with excellent amenities, including an air purifier. In addition to four different types of tea bags, there was also compressed coffee available. Besides the usual disposable toiletries, the bathroom also provided bath salts for soaking. The room was spacious and elegant, featuring a separate living area, sleeping area, walk-in closet, a bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, and a Japanese-style automatic bidet toilet. Overall, the entire hotel's architecture and decor used high-quality, imported materials. Furthermore, the dining and buffet were outstanding, surpassing any hotel I've stayed at previously. Not only were the ingredients fresh, but the chefs also excelled in preparing every dish; the taste was beyond doubt! I must also mention the staff's friendly and polite demeanor; they were very attentive and efficient. I truly appreciate all the front desk staff, the room floor managers, the managers and staff at the lobby elevators, and the restaurant chefs and staff for their thoughtful service and pleasant smiles (with the exception of the two male staff members at the Fitness Centre, who spoke with an interrogative tone and had unwelcoming expressions when the elevator doors opened). We plan to stay at the Anthea Milan Hotel again when the pool reopens! This was our first stay at Anthea, a five-star hotel in Bao'an. It's a bit far, but if there's no traffic, it's only about a 30-minute drive from the border crossing. Perhaps due to its location, the value for money is actually quite good. The platform's discount accommodated our family with two children, and the hotel was very cooperative, making everything run smoothly. The main reason for this trip was to celebrate my wife's birthday, so I communicated with the hotel in advance. They understood our request and decorated the room beforehand, even providing a small cake. The arrangements were quite thoughtful, but if staff could be trained earlier to handle special situations, it would leave an even better impression on guests. Another thoughtful touch was that the housekeeping auntie gave us a packet of laundry detergent, which I've never encountered in any other star-rated hotel I've stayed at – definitely commendable! 👍 However, I do have a few minor suggestions: 1. The bridge card room, gym, and swimming pool are all on the same floor, which should ideally be a completely smoke-free area, but we encountered guests smoking in the hallway. 2. Some small tiles at the bottom of the swimming pool showed signs of peeling. Relevant staff should be asked to reinforce maintenance and repairs to prevent debris from remaining in the water. Hotel Location: Within walking distance of the subway station, with two major shopping malls along the line: Joy City and Haiya Colorful City. Buffet Breakfast and Dinner: While the food selection isn't extensive, the quality surpasses many five-star hotels in Shenzhen. I highly recommend the lobster and double-boiled bird's nest with coconut served at dinner. However, the cocktails, red wine, white wine, and sparkling wine offered could be improved. Service: The waitstaff provided attentive and enthusiastic service.

Taking advantage of the Dragon Boat Festival long weekend, we planned a three-day, two-night domestic road trip and chose a staycation in Shenzhen's Bao'an District. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The package included breakfast and a buffet dinner, offering great value for money with good quality food. It's conveniently located near Grand Joy City, Uniwalk, and OH BAY. Our whole family enjoyed eating, drinking, and having fun, making for a delightful weekend.

The hotel stay and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both great. The complimentary baked lobster with cheese, abalone rice, and double-boiled coconut with bird's nest for dinner were also very delicious. We received an upgrade to the Executive Floor. Although transportation is convenient, there are truly no shopping malls near the hotel, only residents singing and dancing. The next day, after leaving the hotel, we took the subway to go shopping. Purely in terms of the hotel itself, we were very satisfied.

I originally booked this package because my family wanted to eat buffet, but most hotels don't have it on weekdays, so I found this hotel on klook. I looked at the reviews and the room type and booked it for 1 night. On the day of check-in, the front desk staff automatically upgraded me to an executive room. The room was large and clean and my family liked it very much. The ingredients for the buffet dinner were not bad, with a variety of seafood cold dishes and hot dishes, and you can also use hot pot yourself. Each hotel staff is professional and competent, highlighting the high level of the hotel. Although the location is relatively remote, it is convenient to walk 5 minutes from the subway station. In summary, it is great value for money and the hotel level is superb.

This was our first stay at the Anthea Meland Hotel Shenzhen. When we checked in, a Ms. Shang at the front desk spoke Cantonese, was very polite and enthusiastic, and even upgraded us to a business floor room. For my husband's birthday, they sent a cake to enjoy at the buffet. The room was also decorated. We were very satisfied with this package experience.

The dinner buffet included half a lobster and abalone rice! 😍😍 I was a bit disappointed that the crab legs outside weren't refilled, but the other food was decent. I especially loved the grilled oysters; they were delicious. There were many dessert options, so you're sure to find something you like! 💕

The package is a great deal! It's only a little over $500 per person for two people, including breakfast and dinner buffets, and we even got a free upgrade to an executive room. Perfect for those who want to relax and not think. Transportation Convenience: Take Exit B of Bao'an Passenger Transport Station, turn right, and walk for 5 minutes. Hotel Location: A low-density area with not much to do nearby, suitable for people who want to relax quietly. Cleanliness: 5 stars, I think it's excellent. Service: The staff are very polite.
