Experience: The selection of fresh seafood is not considered very large, featuring blue crab, tiger prawns, river prawns, abalone, and three types of clams: white clams, red clams, and charcoal clams, but it is enough to eat. The variety of other food options is quite large; we ordered the foie gras toast and garlic steamed oysters twice. This time we only managed to get the soufflé and the self-serve herbal jelly with red beans and taro balls for dessert, because the two-hour hot pot time limit is indeed a bit rushed.

The seafood is very fresh. After picking it yourself, the staff will help take it in to be washed and then give it back to you. It's very convenient! There are many ingredients to choose from on-site, and there are also egg waffles, waffles, and freshly made soufflés. Delicious!

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff provides attentive service. Conveniently located in the heart of Causeway Bay, it offers reasonable prices. I will definitely visit again.

The seafood selection isn't extensive, but it's fresh. The soup base is very ordinary. The grilled eel in the BBQ area is excellent, and the soufflé is also very good.

Overall, it was worse than last time. This time there was no eel, and the beef was stuck to the container, making it very difficult to pick up. The quality of the beef was poorer than before, and the oysters were not fresh.

Grilled oysters, pan-fried foie gras, and grilled eel are only available until 1:30. If you arrive late, you won't be able to have them. The quality of the live seafood is mediocre, but the beef quality is surprisingly good. Desserts are average. Overall, it's okay, but the limited availability of some food items isn't ideal.

They advertised an all-you-can-eat seafood hotpot with live seafood, so we booked for 8 people. Only when we arrived to be seated were we told it was just the basic beef set meal B. This is absolutely misleading.

The quality of the meat and seafood ingredients was poor; I had an upset stomach less than half an hour after the meal. Booking through Klook offered virtually no discount, only a complimentary 'Yuenyeung' (half spicy, half clear) hotpot base. The price was also unreasonable and couldn't compare to the value for money of other hotpot restaurants with seafood. I won't be returning.
