Reviews
Both the staff and the other participants were incredibly kind, so even though my English isn't the best, I had a wonderful time. I am Japanese, but this was my very first time making Chinese noodles from scratch! I came in with zero expectations, but the class felt like a real, high-quality lesson. We learned the history and the science behind noodle-making from the basics before jumping into the hands-on practice. Because we cooked after fully understanding the concepts, I knew exactly why the measurements mattered and why we did things in a specific order—without even needing to ask questions. It was a brilliant curriculum. The group was a wonderful mix of nationalities and ages, and it was so much fun! I highly recommend this experience to anyone, whether you are Japanese, a foreigner, or even a professional chef. They also shared the recipe digitally, so I can't wait to try making it at home. Thank you for such a wonderful time! ☺️
