The driver/tour guide is very kind and helpful. Even I can speak Chinese a little, but I use translate application to communicate. All passengers are Chinese and friendly. I definitely recommend the tour.

I feel scammed after buying from Klook; it was way too expensive. The same tour only cost 260 RMB locally. Out of everyone in our group, my companion and I paid the most. Next time, I won't be so foolish.

- 【Regarding Admission】To purchase tickets and travel accident insurance for the scenic area, you need to provide relevant personal information (including name, gender, passport number, date of birth, and nationality). Please be sure to fill in the correct personal information when placing your order. Staff will reserve tickets based on the personal information you provide on the platform. All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit for admission. Please be sure to bring your ID card/passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit and other ID documents on the day of your trip. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to incorrect ID information or forgetting to bring the relevant documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs and consequences incurred.
- 【Regarding Meals】Dining options within the scenic area are limited. You can also choose to dine on your own (at your own expense; recommendations: burgers, spicy hot pot, or other self-selected options). There are very few halal food options within the scenic area, so please prepare sufficient halal food yourself.
- 【Discount Policy】Infants under 2 years old are free of charge. Children between the ages of 2-12 and under 1.2m in height are charged at the child ticket price. Children over 1.2m in height are charged as adults.

- We recommend that you bring a thick coat when you travel, as the temperature difference between morning and evening in Yunnan is large and it can be cold. Bring sunscreen, as the ultraviolet radiation in Yunnan is strong.
