🌿The temperature difference between day and night in Yunnan is large, remember to layer your clothes! The ultraviolet rays are strong, sunglasses, hats and sunscreen are essential. There are many stone roads in the ancient city, wear comfortable sneakers. Don't do strenuous exercise in high altitude areas, and prepare some stomach medicine.
