Oita: Yufuin & Kyushu Natural Animal Park & Umi Jigoku & Dazaifu & Beppu Ropeway Day Trip (From Fukuoka)

I joined this Klook tour today and had a wonderful experience. Both local guides were excellent, and the male tour leader in particular was very knowledgeable. His explanations were clear, informative, and easy to understand throughout the trip. What impressed me most was his professionalism. In the morning, there was a customer who arrived about 15 minutes late while the entire bus was waiting. Unfortunately, the customer was quite rude to the tour leader and even threatened to make a complaint against him. Despite this unpleasant situation, the tour leader handled it calmly, professionally, and with a smile. Thumbs up to the male tour leader for his patience, excellent attitude, and dedication to ensuring everyone had a good experience. He is a great representative of the tour company. I would also like to encourage all travelers to respect other people’s time. When joining a group tour, being punctual helps ensure that everyone can enjoy the experience smoothly. Thank you

Our guide, Nana, was very helpful. We were the only English speaking guests on the tour but we didn't feel out of place at all. The places we visited were amazing! The kids especially loved the safari!

Tour guide Zheng is humorous, happy to explain things, and takes great photos. This tour is perfect for people who don't want to travel to more distant areas on their own. There's not much walking, and someone explains everything, which saves a lot of research time. (Suggestion for the travel agency: Collect the zoo and onsen tickets online in advance, otherwise the tour guide has a hard time collecting money, giving change, and explaining why they need to pay to people who haven't clearly read the itinerary details. Also, for the Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) / Kamado Jigoku (Cooking Pot Hell) itinerary, choosing just one is sufficient, as the two are highly repetitive, and you can actually see both the red and blue colors in the same place.)

A huge thank you to our tour guide, Su Shuai! He's humorous and fun, and the content flowed very smoothly. His speaking skills are excellent, and you can tell he has many years of experience. While explaining the different attractions, he also provided a lot of surrounding information, such as places we passed, restaurant recommendations, activity suggestions, etc., so you won't be too bored on the bus, or you can continue to visit the places he mentioned after the trip ends. I participated in a total of three tours this time, and Su Shuai is undoubtedly the best. In addition, the itinerary itself is very compact, which may be a bit strenuous for middle-aged or elderly people with poor physical strength, and they may only be able to take a quick glance, but for young people, the time is just right. But be prepared that when visiting the shopping streets or hot spring hells, you may not have extra time to stroll around the shops, but after all, we are here for sightseeing, not shopping, so I am very satisfied.

The original plan was Yufuin and Dazaifu, but the Dazaifu part was canceled, so I changed this itinerary at the last minute. The zoo was a lot of fun and well worth the visit. Overall, it was great. The only downside is that there are many groups at the meeting point, and the email didn't specify which flag to look for the tour guide with, which can be confusing.
