A huge thank you to both our tour guide, 卓燕志, and driver, 李. Their planning and coordination throughout the road trip were excellent. Despite the bad weather and heavy traffic, they managed the schedule very professionally and ensured we arrived at all destinations on time while avoiding major traffic congestion as much as possible. It was truly a fantastic and enjoyable tour experience from start to finish. We sincerely appreciate their dedication, experience, and outstanding service throughout the journey. 👏

Thank you to our tour guide, Jigu (Zhu Zhu), for leading us throughout the whole day. Because I'm not a fast walker, and I just had the screws removed from my kneecap in August, I'm very grateful that Sister Zhu Zhu was concerned about that. Because of this, I wasn't able to really explore Yufuin well during the nearly one-hour train ride, which is a little disappointing. I hope to visit Yufuin again next time to explore. However, being able to go see animals, visit Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell), and Kamado Jigoku (Oven Hell), and eat onsen tamago (hot spring eggs) on a day trip was pretty good too. 👍

Our tour guide, Lina, was very attentive. She helped us find the best angles for photos and reminded us to catch the Yufuin no Mori train at the station. The itinerary was very fulfilling, and the drive between each attraction wasn't too long. The best part was that she helped me buy Yufuin no Mori train tickets! I highly recommend this tour.

The itinerary was excellent, Yufuin is definitely a must-visit, and the scenery at Lake Kinrin is incredibly beautiful. The timing of this tour was well-arranged; we didn't spend too much time at any one attraction, it was just right. Our guide, Lee, was polite and his explanations were simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend this tour.

The original itinerary included Dazaifu and Nyoirin-ji Temple, but the tour leader informed us the day before departure that Nyoirin-ji Temple was canceled and replaced with the Beppu Ropeway, with ropeway tickets at our own expense. Another disappointment was the Yufuin no Mori experience; due to rain that day, it took us 4 hours to return to Hakata Station.
