The service attitude is excellent, making guests feel at home. The dinner buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including specialty food items, and the breakfast buffet has a diverse selection. The location is also excellent.
The room was very clean, and the buffet food was of excellent quality. There's also a butler service who can prepare an aromatherapy bubble bath for you. They can also help you decorate for anniversaries and even provide a cake.

Excellent hotel service, great buffet dinner.
The rooms and facilities were adequate, but the service was lacking and not up to par for a 5-star hotel. 1. I requested a delayed check-out, which I had already requested via email. However, I received a canned response stating that I would have to pay extra, etc. It would have been sufficient to simply state whether it was possible or not. As a result, I asked again at check-in and was granted an extra hour. At this price point, and on a weekday, this situation is rare. 2. I had informed the hotel that it was my wife's birthday, but the birthday card in the room was addressed to me. 3. Knowing that the booking was made by a Hong Kong resident, why didn't the front desk assign a Cantonese-speaking staff member? (Because I heard someone speaking it.) If you want to be a 5-star hotel, you need to pay attention to these details. 4. I booked a hotel + buffet package, but when I left the buffet, I was stopped and told I hadn't paid the bill. There was a lack of communication within the hotel itself, which is unacceptable. 5. The swimming pool required guests to wear swim caps, which I have never heard of. Why wasn't this communicated to guests when booking the hotel? Are you trying to force guests to buy them to make extra money? These details will definitely turn customers off. The advertising claims that its positioning is on par with the Hong Kong Peninsula and Mandarin Oriental hotels, but the service has a long way to go!
