it is a wonderful and joyful experience at the Four Seasons Shenzhen. The staffs are super friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Alison Li, Max Lin and Melody Feng who made our stay a memorable one. I ask the hotel to prepare some special welcome gift for my child as the stay is to celebrate her belated birthday. The staffs took special notice and they prepare a beautiful cake and balloons and gifts for my girl. It is a good surprise and my daughter loves it. Not our first time to celebrate my daughter’s bday at Four Seasons but truly this time is a memorable one. The hotel location is great and the shopping malls are easily accessed. Our booking is the club room and it is spacious with super nice deco. Needless to mention Four Seasons services - superb. Love their breakfast and I have to admit the food selection is one of the best I ever have had. This is truly a money for value deal and will rebook it for my next stay.

All the staffs from the reception, at the gym, the club lounge were very friendly and welcoming us. Make a little chat with customers all the time. Four Season hotel upgraded us to 70 Sqm rooms (2 twin beds room) and provided complimentary birthday cakes for each room. All the staffs in the executive lounge are very nice and professional。You can enjoy the hot food is served during 5:30-8pm in the executive lounge if don’t want to dine out, Ms Linna Guo is very helpful and considerate in “check out” and luggage storage. My friend said the lifeguards in the swimming pool are very caring too. Overall, we had a very good stay in Four Season hotel and love to come back next time😀

This was a birthday celebration, and the hotel staff was very attentive. The hotel even provided a birthday cake. The staff was excellent and wished me a happy birthday, it felt like the entire hotel staff was celebrating my birthday. The bed was very comfortable, and overall, I was very satisfied. Hotel Location: Very convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. Breakfast: Tasted great. Service: They contacted me in advance to inquire about any special requests.

Every staff member was very polite, and the food service in the executive lounge was excellent. I am very satisfied. The transportation is convenient near the Exhibition Centre Station. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and the buffet breakfast has a wide variety of food. However, the staff is a bit slow in clearing plates, which is not up to par for a five-star hotel. Overall, it's very comfortable and I would definitely come again.

The overall service is average. Because this package is a free upgrade instead of directly booking an executive room, the service at the front desk is not ideal. He gave me the feeling that he was afraid that I would blame him and just wanted to let me leave as soon as possible. He didn't even tell me the basic check-out time. An incredibly affordable price for three people includes high tea, a light dinner, and breakfast – you really can't lose! The room (business deluxe room) is spacious and comfortable with a living room. The hotel staff is excellent and immediately helped us switch to two single beds (because we have children)! It's really worth visiting again and again!

The front desk staff is attentive, kind and polite, and arranges for early check-in, and you can delay check-out until one o'clock. There is afternoon tea and dinner in the lounge, and you can enjoy drinks, ice cream and fruits during the middle time. For breakfast, you can enjoy the breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the 6th floor. The breakfast is rich and the food is rich. There are bath supplies for children which are very considerate.
