An absolutely fantastic experience—I'd say it was perfect! From the morning market shopping session, to the pick-up and drop-off transport, to the cooking venue and the staff's attitudes—everything deserves full marks from me!! The dishes we made were incredibly delicious too haha, and I also made a lot of new friends;) It was my last day in Hanoi, and I'm so glad I chose Dine with Locals~

Started our day by shopping at the oldest local market! The cooking class was very informative (and tasty)! We made pho, papaya salad, fresh spring roll and coconut coffee. They also gave us a voucher and recipe QR for future reference!

instructor: Chef Jessie is very good and nice. The market tour at the beginning is very informative. location: the facility is clean and air conditioned experience: I will definitely try this activity again. Worth the experience and the food we cooked is good because of the Chef's guidance

it is a real great experience! The program is well-thought. It is overhwelming, but in a good sense. I definitely recommend as a must-do while in Hanoi! it is not only a culinary immersion but is also cultural! Kudos to the chef and her team!

We had a wonderful experience! We started by going to the wet market to buy all the fresh ingredients needed for the cooking class, which made the experience even more authentic. Learning how to prepare Vietnamese dishes was both fun and informative. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was cozy and comfortable. Even the hot weather didn’t bother us because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. 😊

Wonderful experience! Thank you for sharing this class. I had an amazing time making the banh mi from scratch, it smells and tastes amazing. The coffee tasting is also good! Egg coffee is good! Thanks for honoring my request to not include alcoholnin the egg coffee drink. Our host, Jessie was generously sharing tips, trivia, and info. For those wondering, I was offered to move to a different class since Im the only one for the schedule I booked and the experience might not be the same. Glad they offered the banh mi class instead, it was a nice group to join-in. Dine with Locals is very accommodating. Thank you for this. Wishing you success! Hope to be back soon.

our market guide, Cherry was really kind and funny. our chef, Mango was also very entertaining and very knowledgable. both of them speak very good english and we had such a fun experience. would definitely recommend this class

Our instructor, Chef Mango, gave us very detailed explanation from the market walk all the way to the end of the class. Such a wonderful experience on our cooking class. She is soo funny, we really enjoyed our class with her. highly highly recommended for you to do this cooking class with her!

Our host, Mango, was absolutely fantastic super friendly, funny, and welcoming from start to finish! She took us to the local market first, showing us how locals shop and explaining all the ingredients in detail. It was such an authentic and insightful experience. After the market, we went to her home, which was spotless and beautifully set up for the class. The whole cooking experience was incredible from learning how to make banana leaf salad to rolling our own spring rolls, every part was hands-on and fun. We learned so much about Vietnamese cooking and culture. Mango even helped organise taxis to and from our hotel, which made the whole process seamless. The class runs for about 4–5 hours, so if you are short on time, you could skip the market part, but we highly recommend doing the full experience. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable day for both my partner, and myself. We give it 5 stars and recommend it to anyone
