It is small but comfortable and clean. + microwave and an area with paper cups and wooden forks. +24 hours reception, free to store luggage after check out but need to pay before check-in. to bring your own toilteries as they do not provide complimentary toothpaste and tooth brush.

The hotel does not allow early check-in. Convenience of transportation: The location is quite far from the train station, about a 15-minute walk, which would be very inconvenient with large luggage. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Service: Average.

Best value hotel in central lucerne. Close to everything, though small, the room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom and fan provided. Cant complain for the price paid relative to other nearby hotels.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and easy to find using Google Maps. It turns out it's a joint venture with the Ambassador Hotel Lucerne. In the hotel lobby, you can make your own tea or coffee. The breakfast selection seems small, but it has all the basics, which is nice.

The room was quite small and didn't have air conditioning. Since there was a heatwave, it was very hot, even though the hotel provided a fan. Overall, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It would have been much better if there had been air conditioning.
