Perfect location- within 10 minute walk to the train station and less than 5 minute walk to the river and all the lovely restaurants and cafes located there. Pilatus base is a quick bus ride away. Comfortable beds, easy self check in and out, super clean, quiet street. Perfect for our family of four.

We enjoyed the efficiency and the comfort during our stay at the Hotel Goldener Stern. It has a very convenient location to the areas we were hoping to visit. The self check-in procedures were easy to follow and our room was clean and ready on time. We did find a problem with our air-conditioning unit. I sent a email and the problem was fixed immediately. We appreciated the fast service! Again, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, clean room, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I only wish the room was slightly bigger or had less bulky furniture because you could not open 2 small luggages at the same time as there was no space

Location is great and convenient - easy walk from the train station. Surrounded by good restaurants and minutes away from the chapel bridge and other things to see in Lucerne. Room was clean and well equipped.
