We had an absolutely amazing experience at Jungle Club Ubud! The atmosphere is stunning — surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views that make it feel like a hidden paradise. The food and drinks were top-notch, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A special shoutout to our waiter, WINDU, who truly made our visit unforgettable. His service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. If you’re visiting Ubud, this place is a must-visit. Great vibes, great food, and even better service. Thank you, WINDU, for making our day so special!

I loved the Breakfast with Orangutans! I saw a female and a baby male called Ghandi; he was very cheeky! Also Bubba the Gibbon, Tina the Elephant, Robbie the Black Cockatoo and other birds. The Breakfast is really good. Like a full hotel spread/buffet. Also because you’re there early you can walk around the Zoo and it’s not busy. I saw everything by midday.

A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience! The massage at Sanctoo Spa was amazing from start to finish. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the soothing sound of the waterfall in the background, made it incredibly calming and helped us completely unwind. The location itself is beautiful and so relaxing It's a perfect place to escape, recharge, and enjoy some quiet time. A special thank you to Mia, Dian, and Ayu for their warmth, professionalism, and excellent service. They made the experience even more memorable and ensured everything was perfect. I highly recommend Sanctoo Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing spa experience. I can't wait to come back! ✨🌿💆‍♀️

When you buy the ticket from Klook you just go through the gates and scan true QR code- no need to change it at counter for entry ticket. this makes it easier to skip the lines. It gets crowded quickly so this saves time! The monkey Forest has changed since I was last here and it looks like it’s getting more . The monkeys are cute and mischievous. Staff all around to help if you need a photo, hat retrieved or to shoo away the monkeys if they become troublesome! Loved my time here.

Overall, we had a very relaxing and pleasant experience. We traveled there by motorbike & parking available. It located inside a private resort, they offer a quick buggy ride to the spa area, or you take short 5-min walk. the staff greeted us with welcome drinks and had us fill out a quick form to check preferred massage pressure. We were then able to choose our massage oil and body scrub. The treatmen started in a private room with a foot wash, followed by the massage & the scrub. The therapist will regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable. After the scrub, had to walk to a separate room for the bath while wrapped in towels. It would be more comfortable and seamless if the bath was set up in the same treatment room. Additionally, the bath portion felt a bit rushed; extending the allocated time to at least 30 minutes for the soak+ 10 minutes for showering, would make the whole experience perfect.

In the morning we had Mr Made pick us up from Airbnb. He is super friendly and his English is good and understandable. The whole experience is good especially the ATV ride. The instructor Tokle was nice and he make sure we are safe. Would definitely recommend.

Good value to buy from Klook. A bit off the road but massage was nice and we got a soft drink at the end. Do note, the room is not soundproof and there were highway and loud talking noises in corridor. As we requested an earlier timing, they may have rushed the cleaning and forgot to clear the leftover disposable panties and towel by the previous person in the shower area which floods a bit

the accomodation was so nice. the instructor was also kind and very good in assisting us during the ride. they’re very generous with the food and water. overall experience was good and would recommend to my friends

Wonderful park. I highly recommend attending the shows, as they are included in the ticket price. Especially the 10:30 AM show, the monitor lizard feeding at 11:00 AM, and the birds of prey show at 11:30 AM. You can also feed the colorful lorikeets for free.
