The hotel facilities are excellent, the gym is well-equipped, and the pool has both outdoor and indoor options. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. I especially appreciate the extra-large bathtub; it's so relaxing to take a bath after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel is right next to Exit A of the Window of the World subway station, across from Window of the World, and next to Happy Valley and shopping malls. The hotel rooms are clean, the staff has a good service attitude, and the buffet breakfast is very rich. Staying at this hotel is a good choice.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and large rooms. They even gave my child a birthday cake. The pool is very satisfying, and they have free toys to borrow. It's large and comfortable, a bit like a water park in Hong Kong. The executive lounge also has many food choices, with unlimited red and white wine. We would definitely want to stay again.

This Shenzhen five-star hotel boasts a luxurious and stylish design. Check-in is located on the 42nd floor, with rooms situated on floors 30-40, offering exceptional views. The buffet dinner features premium ingredients, including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, abalone, and hairy crab. The breakfast selection is decent, but it can get very crowded, especially on Sundays. Arriving at 9 AM meant waiting in a line of over 10 people, so it's best to arrive a bit earlier. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel is right outside Exit A of the Overseas Chinese Town subway station. The rooms are clean, and the staff are polite. It's very close to Splendid China Folk Village, just across the road. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. I would come again.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like Window of the World and Splendid China Folk Village. The rooms are new and clean! Highly recommended for families with children!

The hotel has a beautiful environment and polite staff who offered a complimentary room upgrade. They even sent a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday, which was greatly appreciated. There was also a drone show at 9 PM. The pizza-making experience was excellent, with one-on-one instruction from the chef, who was very sincere. The dinner buffet didn't have a huge selection, but it was sufficient. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of food. Overall, a great experience, and the package was excellent value.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. The rooms are very clean. The lobby and restaurant are located on the 46th floor, offering a stunning view from above. The buffet has a wide variety of fresh food. The staff are very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!
