The front desk staff has a good service attitude. The hotel facilities are 10 points perfect. The room is 10 points clean. The living environment is comfortable and you will never want to leave.

Stayed here for the second time! Because the room is so big, the bathroom is so big, the hair dryer is easy to use, the air conditioning is strong, the high floor & floor-to-ceiling glass can see the nearby scenery clearly, great! ! Sometimes you can hear the water pipes, but it's not too noisy. There are many choices for the buffet breakfast, and there are freshly made rice rolls/noodle soups. It's the first time I've seen self-service freshly squeezed juice. I wanted to use the self-service laundry at almost 9 o'clock on Monday morning. It was during peak busy hours/I had to wait in line, but there would be staff watching. Once the washing was done, they would help to dry it, and then put it in a paper bag for the guests to take away. It was so considerate! It allowed me, who was impatient, to wash and dry the clothes smoothly before leaving👍🏻👍🏻

1 Convenient location, just across the street from Qianhai Yifangcheng Shopping Center. 2 There is a lake in the hotel garden with ducks swimming in the lake, and there is a trail for walking by the lake. 3 The staff are polite. 4 The breakfast is not very varied but tastes good. 5 The water flow of the shower is relatively weak. 6 There is no TV in the room (no phone either), if you mind, please think carefully (because I am with two elderly people, they originally wanted to stay in the room to rest and watch TV, but there is no TV so they have to keep walking with us in the mall. 7 The theme of this apartment is quiet, rest, tea, and relaxation. It will be better if you have more time to experience it.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is about a 5-minute walk from Exit A of Shenzhen Metro Taoyuan Station. There is a 7-11 on the corner downstairs of the hotel. There are many banks next to the 7-11, and next to the bank there is a 24-hour bath center "Aqila". There is a shopping mall about a 2-minute walk away, with a lot of delicious food to eat, including chain stores such as "Burger King", "Meet Xiaomian", "Starbucks", "Luckin Coffee"... etc. The hotel counter staff is very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and it is very comfortable to bathe. The overall feeling is very good. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance to come to Shenzhen.

The hotel is very modern in design, with a free minibar in the room. The breakfast buffet is not very varied but tastes good, and is worth staying again.
