It's so convenient to buy tickets and make reservations with the app. You can just scan the QR code when you get there and enter, saving a lot of time queuing to buy tickets. The ski resort staff are friendly, the equipment rental process is smooth, and the snow jackets and snowboards are very new. We signed up for the beginner class, and the instructor was very patient, teaching us slowly from the basic movements. Even if you have zero experience, you can pick it up quickly and won't feel scared at all. The whole skiing process is safe and fun, and the scenery is beautiful, perfect for taking photos! Highly recommend it to friends who want to try skiing for the first time. It's great value for money, and I will definitely use Klook to book again next time I travel!

We went in the afternoon, and got the entrance card by scanning the QR code on the 2nd floor machine. We waited in line for a while, but entry was smooth. Once inside, we got all the equipment and were able to go straight in, which was convenient and smooth. I'd like to go again next time.

Not too crowded during peak season. Snow park tickets are for 2 hours of playtime, enter on the 2nd floor of the mall. There's an extra 30 minutes for changing clothes. Park in the P1 parking lot if possible, it's much closer.

Our instructor, Tom, was honestly amazing. Super patient, knowledgeable and really fun to learn from. He looks like he’s in his 20s, spoke excellent English (with a slight British accent), explained everything clearly + created such a chill, comfortable learning vibe with his calm and encouraging style. He mentioned he was trained under New Zealand certification standards, which really showed in his structured teaching. We were three total first time beginners, and he made the experience fun instead of intimidating while still covering all the essentials. From introducing the equipment to teaching proper techniques, correcting our stance, and guiding us step by step, he made learning feel easy and enjoyable. He stayed with us the entire 3 hours and never left our side, which we really appreciated. 10/10 for Tom!! Only complaint is the class flew by too fast and we wanted more timeee. Qianhai indoor ski is a great place for beginners to learn the basics before hitting real mountains.

The ski runs are long and the slopes are of average steepness. The location for boarding the cable car is rather disorganized, lacking clear lines, which easily leads to disputes and confusion. The line for picking up equipment is very long, requiring about 15 minutes of waiting. Overall, borrowing/returning equipment takes at least 30 minutes in total, not even counting the time it takes individuals to change into their gear.

My son has took a snowboard lesson with Huafa. He is skier and want to learn snowboard. We were worried at first about how he going to communicated with coach. thankfully he had Kobe as coach. He made a lesson fun, and easy to understand. and now he looking forward for another lesson with him before going to snowboard trip. experience:
