Use the QR code obtained from Klook to scan and collect your physical ticket at the Komtar building on the 6th floor at the red kiosks, located right opposite the Ticket Center. You will then receive a paper wristband. When entering various attractions, simply have the staff scan the QR code on your wristband.

I visited Tropical Spice Garden, Entopia, and ESCAPE. All three facilities were large-scale and offered wonderful experiences. It was my first time using Klook, and even when I couldn't communicate well, showing the voucher made entry smooth at all locations. I think it's very convenient for purchasing tickets. After receiving the QR code from Klook, exit the mountain train and head toward The Habitat. This QR code can be scanned at the entrance for the forest walk. However, if anyone wants to watch the sunset at the 7:30 PM session, an additional fee of 18 Ringgit per person is required, and you will receive a yellow lanyard to wear. You can take photos for as long as you like. At the end, a guide will lead the walk back because it gets dark. Those interested in watching the sunset are recommended to bring a small flashlight.

Had such a lovely experience at OLA Studio. The studio was bright, super clean, welcoming, and full of creative energy with other people enjoying different craft classes too. After a really clear introduction covering the do’s, don’ts, and a practice session, I was off tufting my little heart out. Three hours later, a tufting masterpiece was born! The atmosphere was calm and relaxed with no pressure at all, which made it really enjoyable even as a beginner. The aquarium soo niceeeee and beautiful. there are feeding shows to the fishes and stingrays at 2pm, 2.20pm and 2.40pm. Really worth it.

I was skeptical at first as Penang's history is not new to me but this production pleasantly surprised me. It was a sincere production with engaging performances. Really appreciate the thoughtful screen on the tables of premium seating as there are pillars blocking the stage view. Dinner was pleasant, taste was good but not wow. Overall an awesome experience which I will definitely recommend for tourist.

A really good museum to visit. The exhibits depict important aspects of Penang's history and the interactive nature of the museum makes it enjoyable for children and adults. The war part was a bit scary but this reflects the seriousness of that part of history as experienced by people living in Penang during WWII. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. I recommend the Penang History Gallery to anyone interested in history.
