Stayed here for 3 nights and honestly had such a good experience. The staff clean your room daily even without asking, which I really appreciated after long days out. The room itself is compact but super comfortable, with a private toilet and shower, and I loved waking up to the view of the Town Hall tram line, the side of QVB, and York Street. They also have a small pantry where you can heat up food and enjoy free coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, and tea — a small but thoughtful touch. The location is perfect: right by the Town Hall light rail, train station, and metro. There’s also a Woolworths nearby for souvenirs or essentials, and it’s walking distance to Hyde Park, Sydney Tower Eye, and my favorite — St. Mary’s Cathedral. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Sydney. 💜

Unforgettable Blue Mountains Tour! We had an amazing day exploring the Blue Mountains, and Scottie was the perfect guide. His careful planning meant we arrived at key spots ahead of the crowds, giving us a much more relaxed and personal experience. Scottie shared great insights and interesting facts throughout the day, making every stop meaningful and memorable. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests the best possible experience. Highly recommend this tour—especially if you get Scottie as your guide!

I really enjoyed this experience. We chose the breakfast package and departed early in the morning. The weather wasn't too hot 🥵 so everything was very comfortable. Remember to take motion sickness medication half an hour before departure. During the trip, the captain will tell us approximately when whales can be seen, and in what direction (e.g., what o'clock). The whole experience was great! Although the weather was cloudy and not ideal, we still saw whales surfacing! We also passed by the Opera House during the trip, which was great for taking photos.

This 2-hour whale watching tour was really great value for money, with multiple opportunities to see whales. Initially, I expected to only catch a glimpse of them from afar. The crew was very dedicated in searching for the whales' location and also explaining information about the whales to the tourists. The whales were very lively, repeatedly rolling over and jumping on the surface of the water and spouting water, and we constantly heard cheers from the tourists. Seeing them in person is much better than taking pictures, it was very exciting and wonderful! Since we boarded from Circular Quay, we could see the landmarks of Sydney Harbour on both the outbound and return journeys!

I had such a fun one-day trip! The views were beautiful, even though it was quite foggy today. I also got to feed the kangaroos at the zoo, which was such a cute experience. Lloyd was an amazing guide — he managed everything by himself and took great care of everyone. I can’t speak English very well, but he really tried to explain things in a way I could understand. He told jokes on the bus and everyone was laughing… I didn’t understand them, but it was still fun! 😂 Thank you for this trip!
