The therapists were very quiet, didn't make unnecessary conversation, and didn't chat with colleagues during the massage. The pressure was just right; both my husband and I fell asleep. Environment: A quiet, elegant standalone villa. Facilities: I loved both the bathtub and the shower. Service: The pick-up and drop-off service was excellent; the driver was enthusiastic, and the car was spacious. However, there was a lot of traffic, so I recommend leaving early if you have a tight schedule! The consultation before the massage was also very thorough, with Chinese explanations, and they helped store our belongings. The drinks and snacks afterward were also very tasty.

Loved my massage! The facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff all super friendly. Was offered a hot ginger tea on arrival as I filled out the form before being taken to the room for my massage. I got the 60min balinese massage and it was great! My masseuse-Bintang - made sure to find out what pressure was needed then proceeded to ensure I wax comfortable throughout. After I was able to use the ensuit to have a quick shower before chsnging back to sip on another ginger tea. Overall it was lovely.

Their instructors were very approachable and knowledgeable. They ensure your safety well and teaches you techniques on what to do, gives you feedback on where you can improve and always helpful. My friend and I booked this activity 4times during our stay in Bali. And we would like to express our gratitude for our instructors OZZY and ONLY for being patient with us for the 4days surf lesson we had with 27 Surf School. Rumah Wangi is located in Kuta, very close to the airport, making it perfect for a spa treatment right after arriving or before departing. The environment is very comfortable, and I especially love the frangipani essential oil. I'll definitely go again next time!
