I was accompanied by Adit, our guide. He was so kind and fun. Even though he must have been hot and tired, he willingly waited in lines to take pictures and was considerate without showing any signs of fatigue. It was so nice and comfortable. Although he's a bit shy, he's the best guide if you want to spend quiet and comfortable time with your loved one.

We had a great time on this tour. It was just myself and my wife and our wonderful and lovely guide Reki. She took the time to explain things to us, point out different things, give us an understanding of the Bali people, their culture and beliefs. The tour of the local market was great, as too was cycling through the rice fields. Highly recommend this tour and you will enjoy it more if you are lucky to have Reki as your guide.

I was travelling with my girlfriend, hence, 2 scooters/drivers assigned to us. Langdung was my driver (the lead). Great experience of local transportation, Scooter, it allows you to cut through the traffic and get point to point easily. Completely customized and flexible, I need to attend a friend's wedding party in the middle of the day. Landung helps us plan out the day to start with coffee tasting, Tegalalang Rice Field, Tirta Empul Temple and ending at the Uluwatu Temple to watch sunset and fire dance. Although the ride from Ubud to the Villa to attend the party was rough on a scooter (2.5 to 3 hrs). Landung make it great to take us on a very scenic route along the shoreline and complex bridges. Honest guide, Langdung told us the Ubud art market is very commericalized and low quality, so he rather take us to the Tirta Temple than the market. I didn't want lunch/dinner and he didn't even bother mentioning or taking us to any, it was not forceful or scammy like some other people mentioned on prior comments. Note: Not luxurious, your butt might hurt a little sitting on scooter for a whole day, get dusty too. However, if you really want to get the local experience. This trip is highly recommended.

Wonder Waterfalls trekking is really an experience to keep. Despite that we had problem from the first driver (waited for 2 hrs) we are more that happy with replacement driver Mr Ngurah. Trekking guide (sorry forgot your name) is very patience, helpful and so warm. overall, everybody should try this tour if you want an unforgettable experience with the waterfalls 😘. By the way, northern part of Bali is the best in Waterfalls and less crowded.

Great tour experience, the drivers were very friendly and very helpful to us, they prepared a great itinerary so we enjoyed the trip well.

Service: The staff was incredibly friendly, which made for a fun-filled and productive day. The boat wasn't very big, so space was a bit limited, but we enjoyed the cool sea breeze and scenery from the upper deck during the ride. We also enjoyed snacks, drinks, meals, tours, beach club access, and water sports at reasonable prices throughout the day. The snorkeling equipment was a bit old, but we just overlooked it.

Had great experience right front the start. we started around 2:45 am in the morning! Had good conversation with Mr. Abdi who had taken us to Klook base camp and from there we met Mr. Ngurah who was driving the 4x4 jeep and taken us to Mount Batur. He was professional and very communicative. He was very patient enough taking our pics al over the trip. Only one thing which was disappointing is was not able to see sun rise due to rains and bad weather. Apart from it the whole team did a great job. Kudos to everyone.
