My stay at Lotte Hotel World was absolutely wonderful! The hotel environment was comfortable and clean, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for complete relaxation. A special thank you to Sung at the front desk, whose service was friendly and professional. When we encountered an issue, he handled it with great efficiency and resolved it quickly, making the entire check-in process smooth and reassuring. Both the service quality and the comfort of the accommodation were impressive. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul and will recommend it to my friends and family. We've stayed in different hotels in Seoul and can definitely say that we had our fair share of disappointments in our past trips. So happy with Hotel in 9 given that we flew during BTS' Busan concert and as you know was a crazy week for fans like us. We were a group of 5 and very pleased with the easy check in and out, the rooms were clean, amenities were available, bidet too! Location is superb and staff are friendly and can converse well. We will be back for sure!

Staff are accommodating and room is very clean. It is near the park which is what we like since we love to stroll around. It is also near convenient stores and coffee shops as well as the Lotte World and Mall.

The location is excellent! It was a bit difficult to carry my luggage up the stairs at Exit 4, but I arrived at the hotel in an instant, which was fantastic!

The location is very convenient, and the price is reasonable. It's easy to get to any area in Gangnam, even Seongsu-dong. The facilities are well-equipped, and I especially love the modern style! At night, a robot delivered water to my door, which was a gentle touch. 🤭

The subway station and airport bus stop nearby are very convenient! The room is spacious enough for two 28-inch suitcases with plenty of room to spare, and the bathroom is also large! All the facilities are very new, and the price is excellent value for money. However, the check-in efficiency was a bit slow, and the front desk staff's friendliness was just average.
