Pros: Great value for the Gangnam area. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the subway station and airport bus stop. Cons: There aren't many breakfast options nearby-mostly just coffee shops. The foot spa is closed during the winter, and the coin laundry was a bit expensive and didn't work very well.

location was perfect within walking distance of 2 major shopping centers. staff was always there to greet us and make sure elevator was coming in a timely manner. breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. rooms were clean and pretty spacious.

Very convenient location in Gangnam with coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. Didn’t go for breakfast provided in the hotel as there were lots of other options around. Would definitely book again if staying in Gangnam next time

The check in and check out process was a breeze, no security deposit needed as well. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. They also have luggage storage services for those who will be checking in/out ahead of time. The room and bathroom were also spacious, although they do not provide dental kits. There is also a convenience store and restaurants at the basement of the hotel. Recommended hotel especially for first those who are after luxury shopping since it’s very close to high end department stores and stand alone stores. Our main mode of transpo here was uber. The hotel was also walking distance from Starfield COEX Mall. We were not able to check out other hotel facilities as we were always outside but we will definitely book here again on our next visit!
