Wonderful trips always seem to end too soon. This trip created countless happy memories for the children, and we're so grateful for the team's attentive service throughout. We'll definitely be recommending you to our friends and family!

Master Zhou is extremely punctual, arriving at the pick-up location ahead of time. The car was tidy and clean. He drove smoothly and comfortably, was familiar with local road conditions, and planned the route efficiently, avoiding unnecessary detours. He was warm and welcoming, proactively helped with luggage, and communicated pleasantly throughout the journey. Our travel experience was perfect, definitely a five-star rating.

I'm very satisfied. The itinerary was planned with thorough communication, and the hotel accommodations were arranged according to our preferences. Driver Master Zhang was especially wonderful; his driving skills were excellent, and more importantly, he's a very kind person. He recommended authentic local restaurants to us. When I had an allergic reaction and broke out in hives at the Star Hotel, we couldn't buy medicine in the middle of nowhere, and even with extra payment, no one would take a delivery order. When the driver heard about it, he asked a familiar driver to buy the medicine for us and deliver it. I was very touched.

The entire experience was fantastic! From the service before departure to the daily arrangements and explanations during the trip, everything was comfortable and reassuring. The complimentary sand masks and shoe covers were super practical, and the large bag of local specialty snacks for each person was a thoughtful touch. Our driver, Master Li, drove very smoothly and was always punctual, waiting for us ahead of time each day. He was also flexible and able to slightly adjust the itinerary based on our needs. The tour guide at the Western Xia Tombs was excellent; all her explanations were engaging and captivating. The desert hotel was, of course, amazing. It avoided the crowds, and there weren't many people in the resort area, so the kids had a blast sandboarding and playing. The adults also enjoyed taking beautiful photos (though it was a shame the weather wasn't good enough to see the stars). The hotel in Yinchuan city was also good, with a convenient location. We could easily rent an electric scooter to go out and find delicious food. The breakfast was very rich, and my child's grandmother, who isn't used to beef and lamb, enjoyed the hotel breakfast the most every day. On the last day, we canceled the Shuiguan Cave itinerary due to our own reasons, and the driver immediately refunded the ticket fee. I've already recommended it to colleagues and friends, and I'd love to come back again if I have the chance. Thank you!

Tour Guide: I'd like to give a special shout-out to our driver, Master Pan. He was incredibly enthusiastic, and for our long journey, he not only prepared water but also brought us fruit, including washed cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. He was very thoughtful! Accommodation Choices: Both the No. 7 Tent Hotel and the Desert Star Hotel are very unique. The bonfire party at Tonghu Grassland and stargazing at night, especially being able to play in the sand right outside, are perfect for children. Itinerary: For the Five Lakes Crossing, I applied a motion sickness patch beforehand, so I completed it smoothly without any motion sickness. We also got aerial photos taken that day, which was a lot of fun. At the Western Xia Imperial Tombs, we experienced the Western Xia civilization; both the culture and the scenery were excellent. Attractions: At Shapotou Yellow River Scenic Area, we saw sheepskin rafts and rode the cable car. In Yinchuan city, we also tried hand-grabbed lamb and ice-boiled lamb, both of which were delicious. It was a wonderful trip, highly recommended!

Our tour leader was very thoughtful and patient, making us feel completely relaxed and stress-free. They also provided appropriate travel advice and scheduling. They prepared many small gifts along the way, and the children were a little sad to leave. The trip was very enjoyable, thank you!

A belated positive review! We lost an earbud and thought we'd left it at the scenic spot. We just mentioned it to the driver, asking him to contact us if he found it in the car, but we didn't have much hope. Nearly a month passed, and I'd even forgotten about it myself, but the driver found it and contacted me! He remembered! I was so touched! The service throughout was also excellent; snacks, water, shoe covers, and more were all well-prepared! I highly recommend it! Later, some activities weren't suitable for seniors, and we visited the museum on our own without a guide. They fully refunded us for the activities we couldn't do and the unguided museum visit, which was clearly stated. Honestly, if he hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have even thought about a refund, especially since the guided tour was essentially a free bonus when I booked. Who would expect to get money back for something that was given for free?!
