We had a great time with our driver Chiao! Even though it rained and we couldn't see Xiaoyoukeng in the fog, we had a lot of fun. The fog made our pictures very mysterious. We also saw the last few cherry blossoms, and had a good local lunch. We asked if we could be dropped off in Beitou and this was no problem. She even gave us some recommendations. All in all, even with bad weather this was a great half-day excursion.

David was so informative and easy to talk to! He even lent me a bottle of warm water because it was freezing and I only had on a layered jacket and a skirt 🥶🫣 We had a great time, even if some spots were chilly and a bit foggy! We were also in awe that we got to ride in a Mercedes-Benz throughout the trip plus our driver (forgot to ask his name) was very accommodating and always smiled at us; he even also lent us an umbrella since we hadn't expected the weather that day 😬

I booked the Tiaoshi Coast Stop, Yangmingshan, and Jinshan Hot Springs tour today. Our guide Oscar drove us around to places like the inconic Tiaoshi stop, the small nearby volcano with oil point, Yangmingshan Flower Clock, and Jinbaoli Old Street to name a few. He was very nice and took really good photos for us. He made our trip really easy and fun

Since it was a 10:00 tour, I met the guide at around 9:55. One thing that was disappointing was that the guide only had a sign that said 'day tour' and I couldn't find anything related to Klook anywhere, so I stood in the same place with the guide for over 10 minutes but we didn't recognize each other. Anyway, after meeting the guide and the people who would be on the tour together, the guide started. It was my first time using a Doorson product, but the guide explained it very passionately and it was very helpful because he explained it well even beyond the schedule. My legs hurt a lot from standing and listening to the explanation for a long time, but I had a fun time.

If you’re a first-time visitor to Taiwan, I highly recommend the Classic Taipei Landmarks Day Tour. This tour offers a well-organized and comprehensive introduction to some of Taipei’s most iconic sites, making it an excellent choice for travelers wanting to explore the city efficiently.
Pro Tip: Arrive at least 15 minutes early. The tour company organizes multiple tours from the same meeting spot, so pay close attention as they call out the tour names to ensure you’re joining the correct one.
Our guide, James, was absolutely fantastic. His depth of knowledge and passion for sharing Taipei’s rich history and culture were evident throughout the day. While it was initially a bit challenging that James had to switch between English and Japanese to accommodate the Japanese tourists in our group, I was impressed by his seamless bilingual communication skills. It’s not an easy task, and he managed it with grace and professionalism.
The itinerary was well-structured, allowing us to see a variety of beautiful and historic sites without feeling rushed. Every stop was thoughtfully chosen, giving us a great sense of Taipei’s charm and cultural heritage.
Overall, this tour is a must for anyone visiting Taipei, especially for the first time. It’s a hassle-free and enriching way to experience the city’s highlights.

Despite the weather not being very good during the tour, everything was still well managed and the driver never missed the schedule. We had to skip a few spots because of the weather, but it was understandable and the trip was still enjoyable. The highlight for me was definitely visiting Yehliu Geopark—the rock formations were truly unique and worth the visit. Overall, it was still a great experience!

Danny is very nice, explains things wonderfully and in a simple and easy-to-understand way, and also actively answers our questions. I will definitely come back to her next time.
