This package is great as it offers many tour options and also selection of restaurants. I chose the ‘High Tea with Forest View’ and Seafood meal option with ferry tickets included. Rainbow, from the local tour agency, was very prompt in getting everything booked and very patient to explain everything to me. As first-timers to Batam, this package offers great value for money and is hassle-free. For the seafood meal, I chose Balerang Seafood Restaurant which had good food of generous amount and great seaview and the Balerang Bridge. The local kueh-kueh for ‘high tea’ at the Deer Park was delicious too. And the deers are beautiful- not the ones we usually see at nature reserve or wildlife parks. I also appreciated that it was a private tour, so timing was more flexible. We could easily move on to the next location without being stuck in a place that didn’t interest us. We didn’t fancy the bird nest shop or the kueh lapis shop which has a minimum purchase of 1kg kueh lapis. We bought the kueh lapis at Nagoya shopping mall instead - which was the last part of our tour (could choose either massage or shopping mall). We like the coffee factory. Although the Indonesian tour guide is young and quite a newbie, she was obliging and very pleasant. The transport provided (medium size SUV) was also comfortable and the driver made sure that he drove us around safely. The arrival ferry terminal for the tour I chose is at Sekupang Ferry Terminal. It was a long weekend so there were more people queuing at the immigration which is not automated. However, I later learned of the chaos on the same day at Batam Centre Ferry Terminal (which is a much more popular arrival terminal for passengers), and was truly relieved that we did not end up there that day. All-in-all, it was a good day trip and an eye-opener for Batam first-timers like us.

This was truly one of the most unforgettable birthday trips I’ve ever had! Amazing culture, delicious food and wonderful accommodation, everything exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Riza, was absolutely outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Batam and shared it with so much passion and detail. She is kind, attentive, and very hands-on throughout the entire trip. What impressed us most was how she always made sure our food preferences were met. Since we love seafood—especially crab—she showed the best restaurants she knows, and every meal was fantastic. We truly enjoyed every part of the experience: the food, the culture, the coffee, the cakes, and even the souvenir shopping. Riza made my birthday extra special with a lovely cake surprise, which I deeply appreciated. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made the whole celebration perfect. Will absolutely recommend this trip to my friends and family. Hope to visit Batam again soon. Riza, you’re the best!

The best side trip from Singapore. Get a glimpse of Indonesia for a day. Just make sure to book your ferry when you avail this trip.

I absolutely loved how they carefully selected the tour guide for me. As a solo female traveler, they assigned Natalie, and she was truly a gem! Such an amazing person—warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. ❤️❤️❤️ The tour felt personal and memorable, filled with heartfelt stories that made the experience even more special. We are vegetarians. The company thoughtfully arranged for us to have vegetarian restaurants instead of making us eat at meat restaurants. My father doesn't speak English or Malay, and the company specially arranged for a Chinese-speaking guide for us. The guide enthusiastically introduced each attraction. A company worth recommending.

Mr.Edy was our guide, and he was friendly, patient, supportive, and very helpful throughout the day. Thanks to Klook for assigning(Edy). The ATV ride was super good. We also tried different coffees at the coffee plantation. Rafting was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. The Bali swings at the rice terrace were also great. Overall, it’s a must-try experience. This package on Klook is much cheaper than the offline price.

Guide : I had wonderful experience with Mr.Pardi . he was kind & professional in this tour . the way he structured the day and communicated with me throughout the day and developed a friendly relationship . bonus - he is awesome photographer who will help you with your memories throughout the day . itinerary: if you booked a private group , discuss with your guide . they are flexible to make slight changes within Ubud region but overall the base itinerary itself offers a good breakout for the entire day . attractions on the way: ubud region is breathtaking, honestly tough to navigate all places in a single day without guide . overall , I thank klook team for providing a great memorable trip

Booking a tour for Mount Bromo is definitely worth it. Our guide, Rizky, was amazing and is a truly thoughtful and patient person. With his years of experience, he ensured we had the best viewing spot for the sunrise. He even went above and beyond by bringing a yoga mat for us to sit on and a blanket, which was much appreciated since it was surprisingly cold. I would recommend this tour 11/10. Cheers!
