Rottnest Island Trip Tips (via Klook): • Great family trip — highly recommended. • Klook instructions could be clearer — here’s what to know: Before Departure: • Take the 8:45 AM ferry from Perth Barrack St Jetty for better seat choices. • After Fremantle stop, seats fill quickly. Ticket Collection: • Go to Rottnest Express counter (next to Pier 4) with your QR code. • Get ferry + bus tour tickets and a bus meeting point map. Ferry Ride: • Duration: ~1 hr 45 mins (via Fremantle). • Toilets available on board. • Arrive at Rottnest ~10:45 AM. On the Island: • Quick toilet break, then go to bus tour meeting point by 11:00 AM. • Bus departs at 11:20 AM (first come, first served seating). • Tour ends ~1:00 PM. Lunch & Free Time: • Food options: Subway, Dôme, convenience store. • Quokkas are easy to spot around 1:00 PM. • Free time until 4:00 PM ferry back to Perth (only one ferry).

Rottnest Island is a must-go in Perth. Simply show the QR code from the confirmation email at Jetty to get on cruise. From Perth you need to change to another cruise at Northport. The waves can be quite rocky. The 90-minute bus tour is informative but do note that it’s not a hop-on-hop-off bus so you can only get off at West End to have a quick visit and get back on. You may find some of the Quokkas around the restaurants.

You can't miss the Rottnest Island if you are visiting Perth. Beautiful beaches and gorgeous quokkas all around the island. Taking the ferry from Fremantle and spend some time in town is recommended.

For easy redemption, just scan the qr code before boarding the ship. The kokka on the island is awesome and cute, and the boat tickets are worth a little more expensive.

Use the QR code to change planes at the pier and take a round-trip boat to the island. The island has a pleasant scenery and is worth a visit.

It was very convenient to buy the ticket the day before. I could pick up the ticket using the QR code before boarding the ship. An island worth visiting.
