satisfied customer.tne place is in d center of hanoi old quarter..just near the famous landmark hanoi train,coffee shops ,and restos.the place is clean,the desk clerk can speak english and very accomodating😊

breakfast: they have a small buffet section but everything is complete plus you can order a newly cooked meal from their menu as part of the free breakfast
hotel location: in the heart of old quarter. you can literally walk from one point to another.

service is excellent, and all the stuff is so helpful for the information regarding to where you, they assist you all the way of your stay and the hotel is spacious and clean the breakfast is So delicious, this is highly recommended hotel in Hanoi old quarter Vietnam 🇻🇳 🥰 i feel safe to stay
transport access: so good nice and friendly driver they will secure your travel
