The hotel is located right in the center, near Uncle Ho's mausoleum and One Pillar Pagoda. However, the food in Hanoi is not to my taste because I am addicted to MSG.

We had a fantastic stay at Bay Luxury Hotel, The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, there is 24/7 (Convience store) outside. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and while the air conditioning wasn’t very strong, the installed electric fan kept the room cool and comfortable throughout the stay. Free bottled water was a nice touch. One great feature is the elevator, which many nearby hotels don’t have—very convenient when carrying luggage. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and responsive. I contacted them via WhatsApp to inform them that our flight had been delayed, and they reassured me that their reception is open 24 hours. We arrived at 4 a.m., and everything went smoothly. After checkout, they kindly allowed us to store our bags since our flight was at 1 a.m., which made it easy to shop for souvenirs without any hassle. The location is also excellent—right near a convenience store, and Grab rides to the Old Quarter were cheap and easy. Overall, a great value with helpful service and convenient amenities.

Really nice place! We love how clean and neat the room is and the little setup on the veranda where we can hangout. It can be a bit challenging for some to climb stairs coz it's like 5 floors but we don't mind. People who have weak knees or difficulty walking should take note. Anyways, if we happen the visit Hanoi in the future, I am booking Green Homestay again :))

We arrived at around 2am and fortunately, there's still an attendant came to us. The room is spacious but a little downgrade about their narrow halls and stairs but overall we had a great time at Bay Luxury Hotel 😊
