Things to do in Aquarium of the Bay

The tour guide was enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations, and the driver drove very smoothly and was very knowledgeable about the attractions. Most importantly, the scenery was incredibly beautiful; driving along the Pacific Ocean and admiring the coastline was definitely worth dedicating a day to if you're visiting San Francisco!

San Francisco is compact with relatively few major attractions, so I think this pass covers pretty much everything you'd want to do there! By the way, I chose three activities: 1) Big Bus, 2) the California Academy of Sciences, and 3) the Walt Disney Family Museum. You don't really need #2. If you want to sightsee on a budget, you don't really need #1 either. If you buy an unlimited-ride pass using the MuniMobile app, you can ride all the cable cars, buses, streetcars, and subways in San Francisco, which is cheaper and much more convenient. The main appeal of #1 is simply sitting on the top deck of the tour bus and feeling the breeze as you cross the Golden Gate Bridge! That's really what it's all about (laughs). Tour was good since it takes you around the city but some stops are a bit far from touristy spots. We had to walk a lot uphill just to see Lombard. Aquarium suddenly wasn’t part of the tour on the day we joined so we didn’t get the tickets that were supposed to be included. Sunset tour was worth it though.

Want to see the Golden Gate bridge up close? You will on this cruise! Audio has lots of good information on the bay, sites nearby, Alcatraz, and of course, the Golden Gate bridge. 1 hour cruise was worth the time and price. Lots of photo opportunities, it can get chilly, so be prepared. Drinks and snacks are available, and lots of indoor seating. Of course the best views are on the deck!

This was a bus journey across the iconic Golden gate bridge then stayed 10minutes to marvel the stunning views of SF bay and bathroom break. Then our next destination was the Muir Woods National monument, with entry tickets included by driver/speaker. He will leave you to explore the park at your own pace for 90minutes. Then, the bus will drop you off to the delightful coastal town of Sausalito. Very nice and relaxing place. We had lunch there and took our time to explore the town. The ferry fare is included so you can extend your stay at Sausalito before returning to SF. The ferry ride gives you views of the Alcatraz Island and takes about 20-minutes ride. Docking at Pier 41, in the heart of Fisherman’s wharf.

Wait times for the boats was a little long but all in all everything went very smooth and it was a good experience

It was a tour without a single Korean person, and it was wonderful. We departed right on the dot at 8:40 across from the Gray Line office. They give you a quick moment to take pictures at the Golden Gate Bridge, visit two wineries, and then give you an hour and a half for free time for lunch at Sonoma Plaza. After visiting one more place, we headed back and arrived at 5:30 PM. It was also really great that the driver provided tour commentary the entire way there and back! Even if your English isn't very good, it's still plenty of fun. I used ChatGPT for real-time voice translation throughout the tour to understand, and it was so enjoyable. My only regret is that I couldn't chat with the other tour members because of my English. I highly recommend that Koreans experience this tour, even if you aren't fluent in English!

Enjoyed the bike riding experience very much as I can go sight seeing at my own pace, stopping to take pictures and video clips along the way. The bike provided by the rental company was well maintained and in good condition, make sure the brakes are working well as they are many downhill rides along the way where you need to control the speed for safety. Easy to find location for the bike rental company, very efficient check in and check out process, I strongly recommend it if you want to see the Golden Gate Bridge in close up proximity.
